Every Noctua fan I've bought has had a wow factor when you open the packaging. No mean feat for a fan, they aren't exciting things usually. They also come with a detailed instruction manual in excellent English with pictures, and oodles of extra cables, adapters, noise suppressors etc. They are a bit pricey for a fan, but they're install and forget. Unlike the cheap fan this will replace.
