Monday 30th July 2012: 2.42am. Just driven back from a 3am visit to the GPO post office in Cork city to post my overdue M208 Pure Maths coursework assignment. It should have been posted Thursday at the absolute latest to arrive Friday, but hey stuff came up. Hell I've driven the length of Ireland and the breadth of Ireland in the past seven days, so sure my TMA is late, so sue me!
One cup of peppermint tea to relax and then sleep! I must rise at 10am to start doing tax returns: my Irish and UK tax returns, Dad's tax return, and my company's corporation tax return. Joy. Oh, and I'm supposed to sign off on the final final print manuscript of "Economists and the Powerful", and arrange the relocation to Canada schedule for September with RIM plus relocation consultants et al. All before Friday when Sarah comes to visit for the holiday weekend, and I don't doubt she'll demand nothing less than my exclusive attention! And she, being Sarah, will succeed.
